今日は運動したから植物性プロテインを1日で体重(㌕)×1.8倍(㌘)摂取するでぇ～♫
参考までに運動してない普段の日は体重×1.2倍でOKッ‼︎

熊本からは小西俊治さんと星野凛花ちゃん、新潟からはリリマリの今井美穂ちゃんと山田彩乃ちゃんetc…、全国から何人か友達が出店しに来てたんで応援がてら挨拶まわりやぁ～♫

It is Miho Imai and Ayano Yamada etc of Lilli Mali from Toshiharu Konishi and Rinka Hoshino, Niigata from Kumamoto…Because some friend came to open a store from the whole country, it is the greetings circumference by way of support ♫
Because I will hold it tomorrow in from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 on 17th, I watch it again in an interval and go to the meal eating & bookmaking (laugh)
