だから、あなたが興味のある内容の話にだけ耳を傾けるのではなく、あなたが興味の無い内容だからこそ、いつも以上に耳を傾けるべきです。

そうすれば、あなたの周りにあなたの弱点を埋めてくれる人が集まり、弱点の無い強いチームが出来上がるのです。

  However, a person having the ability that you do not have is the person who is interested that you are not interested.
  
  For example, around the person who is not interested in surfing, the people liking surfing do not gather.
  
  Therefore I do not listen to only the story of the contents which you are interested in and should listen to it more than usual simply because you are uninteresting contents.
  
  Then, people burying your weak point around you gather, and a strong team without the weak point is completed.
